Fried rice is a "go-to" quick meal in our house.
I batch cook rice using bone broth then freeze the rice in 3 cup packages so it is ready when I have some meat or veggies that need to be used up.
This recipe is pretty much how I make it.
You don't need to use sesame oil but it adds a nutty flavor and I use Bragg's Aminos in place of soy sauce.
