- 2 Bone-in Ribeye Steaks (1 inch thick)
- 2 Strip Steaks (1 inch thick)
- 2 Sirloin Steaks (1 inch thick)
- 1 lb Sliced Sirloin Steak (like Steak-ems)
- 2 lb Beef (Stew) Cubes
- 2 (4-6 oz) Cube Steaks (Chicken Fried Steak)
- 1 (3 lb) Chuck, Rump, Brisket, or Sirloin Tip Roast (Farmer's Choice)
- 2 lb Beef Shank (Osso Buco)
- 2 lb Short Ribs
- 5 (1 lb) Ground Beef
This is a monthly recurring subscription.
You will be charged $227 on the same date as your original order every month and your share of beef will be delivered on the 1st Saturday of every month until you cancel.
Freezer Space Needed:
18 pounds of beef is about the size of 2 regular-size plastic grocery bags and would fill a 20-quart cooler or approximately 1/2-3/4 cubic foot of freezer space.
FAQ
I only deliver on the 1st & 3rd Saturdays. If you order by 9 AM on the Friday before my delivery day, I'll deliver to you that week.
If your order is later, it will be the following delivery day
I deliver on the 1st & 3rd Saturdays.
You will receive an email Friday morning with the approximate time your order will arrive on the Saturday after you place your order.
I deliver to select areas of Pittsburgh and Butler, Allegheny, and Mercer counties along I-79 and Route 8.

Monthly beef share subscribers get free home delivery.
Home delivery is $15 unless your order is over $150. Orders $150 and over are delivered free.

All beef is raised from birth to harvest on Old Time Farm and only 2 beef are harvested every month so what's available in the store is what there is.

For maximum freshness, meat is vacuum-packaged and frozen right after cutting by the butcher.
Your card will be charged every month on the same day you subscribe.
Yes, Cancel at any time.
You can cancel using the link to receive in your purchase confirmation or by signing into your account.
No. You can cancel and resubscribe at the whatever the current price is (if there are shares available) if you need to take a break.
If you are going out of town, perhaps someone can pick up for you.
If your freezer is full, perhaps you can find a friend to share your box with.
I need to know the beef I harvest is sold so I can focus on supporting you instead of marketing.

No. I order what has been a consistent seller and is the most efficient for cutting the beef. There is no flex.
