Get 2 bags with about 20 pounds of grass-fed beef with a value of at least $200.
This is all good stuff & nothing weird like tongue, liver, heart, or bones in them. I know there will be some roasts and ground and a mystery gift, but if it's in my way it will go into a bag.
This is the beef I grumble about being in my way & sucking up precious freezer space. You could get cuts that I have few of so they make tracking inventory stressful and make my website messy or things I have too much of or that are older stock.
This is not a bottomless pit of beef cuts to BUT, when they are gone, they are gone!

For maximum freshness, meat is vacuum-packaged and frozen right after cutting by the butcher.
Delivery is available in select areas of Pittsburgh and Butler, Allegheny, and Mercer counties along I-79 and Route 8.
If you are not in the areas I deliver to, you can pick up your order at the Bloomfield Farmers Market in Pittsburgh.

Home delivery is $10.
Get free home delivery on orders over $100 or orders picked up at the Bloomfield Farmers Market.
Delivery days are on Saturdays.

You will receive an email Friday morning with the approximate time your order will arrive on Saturday.
