Freezer space needed:
72 pounds of beef is about the size of 8 regular-size plastic grocery bags and would fill four 20-quart coolers or approximately 2-3 cubic feet of freezer space.

I only deliver on the 1st & 3rd Saturdays. If you order by 9 AM on the Friday before my delivery day, I'll deliver to you that week.
If your order is later, it will be the following delivery day

No. I order what has been a consistent seller and is the most efficient for cutting the beef. There is no flex.
