    I only deliver on the 1st & 3rd Saturdays. If you order by 9 AM on the Friday before my delivery day, I'll deliver to you that week.

    If your order is later, it will be the following delivery day

    You will receive an email Friday morning with the approximate time your order will arrive on the Saturday after you place your order.

    I deliver to select areas of Pittsburgh and Butler, Allegheny, and Mercer counties along I-79 and Route 8.

    Home delivery is $15 unless your order is over $150. Orders $150 and over are delivered free.

    No. I order what has been a consistent seller and is the most efficient for cutting the beef. There is no flex.
